Circulating Biomarker Profiling
In our circulating biomarker profiling work we combine sensitive sample handling with a staged computational analysis designed for noisy, confounded blood data. Rather than chasing headline accuracy, we gate sample quality up front, control for confounders, and build calibrated predictive models that we stress-test under resampling and held-out evaluation. Blood-derived molecular readouts are highly sensitive to pre-analytical variation and shifts in cellular composition. We use a multi-index QC framework to score each sample across orthogonal axes, flag failure modes, and prevent low-quality inputs from biasing downstream inference. Training and evaluation data are strictly separated; we quantify robustness and uncertainty under repeated resampling before drawing conclusions.
